IntelliEnable is an AI-powered business intelligence platform providing document analysis, conversational AI, insight generation, workflow mapping and skills development features. The platform is provided 'as is' and may be updated, modified or extended at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use IntelliEnable to upload or process unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content; to attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models; to resell or sublicense the service without written permission; or to circumvent any security measures. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice for violations.
All content, trademarks, designs and technology within IntelliEnable are the property of Project Eudaimonia Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant IntelliEnable a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.
IntelliEnable uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and acting on any AI-generated output. IntelliEnable disclaims all liability for decisions made on the basis of AI outputs.
Paid subscriptions are billed in accordance with the plan you select. Trials are provided free of charge. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Taxes may apply depending on your location. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Eudaimonia Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
